Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. If it's been longer, email kidsslystore@outlook.com with your order number and we'll sort it out.

Tracking not updating?
Carriers can take 24–48 hours to scan a parcel after handover. If there's no movement for 5 days, get in touch — we'll chase it for you.
