Where we ship We currently ship to the United States. All prices are in USD.

Shipping cost Free tracked shipping on every order. Import duties and fees are included in the price — you will not be asked to pay anything at delivery.

Delivery time Delivery takes 3–12 days from the moment your order is placed. Occasionally carrier or customs delays can add a few days; if your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days, contact us and we will resolve it.

Tracking Your tracking number is emailed as soon as your order is processed (usually within 1–3 days). It starts updating the moment the parcel ships. You can also check status at any time on our Track Order page.

Changing the address or cancelling Contact us at kidsslystore@outlook.com as soon as possible. We can change the address or cancel an order before it has been dispatched; after dispatch, changes are no longer possible, but our 30-day return policy still applies.

Multiple items If you order more than one product, items may ship separately and arrive on different days. Each shipment has its own tracking number.
